Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Assistant Store Manager with visual merchandising duties to support our Brand Store in Munich. This role requires a goal-driven individual who can energize the team and contribute to the store's success by managing daily operations, staff leadership, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a superior shopping experience by offering personalized and knowledgeable assistance tailored to customer needs.
• Apply various sales techniques to support the achievement of sales goals.
• Efficiently operate the point-of-sale systems for accurate transaction management.
• Maintain well-stocked shelves and properly organized inventory to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with the team to foster a positive and goal-oriented environment.
• Oversee scheduling and inventory management processes.
• Participate actively in recruitment and selection of new staff members.
• Coach, train, and motivate employees to meet their targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Ensure the store remains clean, tidy, and visually appealing, aligning with Peak Performance's visual merchandising guidelines.
• Develop and implement window displays and seasonal themes, conducting visual merchandising training sessions with the team to uphold company standards.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• An outgoing personality who enjoys interacting with customers, driving sales, and consistently exceeding expectations.
• Organized and methodical, capable of managing numerous tasks and priorities efficiently.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards accomplishing goals.
• Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, management, or a related discipline is advantageous.
• Fluency in German and preferably English, both oral and written.
• At least two years of experience in a store management or leadership position.
