Role Overview

As a Sales Assistant, you will be vital in driving sales and delivering outstanding customer service in a full-time role requiring 40 hours weekly.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customers with expert, personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience and guide product choices.
• Use various sales methods proactively to help meet the store's sales objectives.
• Efficiently and accurately manage sales transactions through the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain well-stocked shelves and manage inventory effectively to support customer satisfaction and sales.
• Keep the store clean, orderly, and visually attractive according to visual merchandising guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with team members to foster a positive environment focused on shared success.

Candidate Profile

• Strong customer service and communication capabilities.
• A sales-oriented mindset centered on customer needs.
• Ability to work well in a team-driven setting.
• Meticulous attention to detail keeping with visual display standards.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English, spoken and written.
