About the Role
This position is at a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee, separate from McDonald’s USA. The franchisee holds the license to use McDonald’s branding and products but handles all employment matters independently. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a profitable restaurant while upholding McDonald’s high standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
Responsibilities
You will collaborate with leadership to set strategic objectives and devise action plans to achieve goals. Leading a team of Department Managers, you will help them define targets, monitor their progress, and provide coaching to enhance departmental performance, ultimately driving restaurant success. Hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to ensure effective future leadership is also part of the role.
Preferred Background
Experience managing high-volume quick service restaurant locations is highly desirable, with some background in hospitality or retail considered a plus. Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
Compensation and Benefits
- An annual salary range of $50,000 to $65,000.
