About the Role

Join a McDonald’s franchise-operated restaurant as a General Manager responsible for ensuring a profitable operation by upholding McDonald's high standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. This pivotal managerial position involves setting restaurant targets collaboratively with leadership and crafting actionable plans to achieve these goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Department Managers by assisting them in goal-setting and monitoring their progress.
• Provide coaching and direction to improve departmental performance, thereby enhancing overall restaurant operations.
• Oversee recruitment and development of Department and Shift Managers to maintain a strong leadership team for the future.
• Ensure the restaurant consistently meets its financial and operational objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a General Manager, preferably managing high-volume quick service restaurant locations.
• Background in quick service restaurants is highly preferred; hospitality or retail experience is also valued.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to hold a managerial role in corporate operated restaurants.

Additional Information

This opportunity is within a McDonald’s restaurant operated by an independent franchisee, which is a separate company from McDonald’s USA. Employment, including hiring and supervision, is solely managed by the franchisee.
