Job Overview
Join BaxterStorey as a General Assistant working the night shift from 8:30 PM to 4:30 AM at our Tilbury location. This full-time position offers 37.5 hours per week and a competitive hourly rate of £13.01.

Role Description

Key Responsibilities
- Serve food and drinks courteously and professionally while promptly fulfilling guests’ needs and requests
- Maintain excellent customer service throughout the guest’s journey, addressing inquiries or concerns kindly and efficiently
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and foster a welcoming and safe work atmosphere
- Follow all health, safety, and food service regulations relevant to your working environment
- Keep kitchen and dining areas clean and hygienic at all times
Qualifications & Expectations
- Genuine enthusiasm for food and customer service
- Enjoy working in an inclusive, team-oriented setting
- Adaptable mindset with the ability to address challenges positively and proactively
- Previous experience in food service or a similar role is advantageous
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
