Role Description

Key Responsibilities

• Serve food and drinks courteously and professionally while promptly fulfilling guests’ needs and requests
• Maintain excellent customer service throughout the guest’s journey, addressing inquiries or concerns kindly and efficiently
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and foster a welcoming and safe work atmosphere
• Follow all health, safety, and food service regulations relevant to your working environment
• Keep kitchen and dining areas clean and hygienic at all times

Qualifications & Expectations
