Role Overview
Join Lowe's as a Merchandising Services Associate, playing a pivotal role bridging Merchandising and Store Operations. This position is essential for creating appealing and accurate product displays to enhance the shopping experience across Lowe's stores.

Daily Duties
- Ensuring all signage, pricing data, and displays are accurate for ease of merchandise discovery
- Creating safe, clean, visually engaging displays with customer accessibility in mind
- Providing customer assistance and product information as occasions arise
Key Responsibilities
- Execute merchandising resets and service tasks adhering to Lowe's guidelines, supplying completion evidence
- Manage buyback items through verification, preparation, and shipping readiness
- Maintain and update wayfinding signage and digital product location data across the store
- Ensure product price information is displayed clearly with proper labeling
- Boost add-on sales through staging clearance items and properly positioning displays
- Repair and replace defective or missing signage, merchandise, and displays
- Coordinate project priorities and communicate scheduling with Merchandising Services team and management
- Evaluate metrics and provide feedback on project execution and store service to leadership
- Carry out additional duties as needed
Basic Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, and perform fundamental arithmetic operations
- Effective listening and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with web-based computer applications
- Capability to stand or sit for extended periods
- Able to lift at least 25 pounds independently or with assistance
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience on Lowe's sales floor
- Skilled in merchandising duties, including reading planograms and assembling displays
- Operation experience with powered equipment like lifts and order pickers
- Familiarity with essential hand and power tools (e.g., drills, saws)

Work Environment

Physical lifting practices limit single lifts to 75 pounds with team lifts used as needed. Proper training is provided for powered equipment use.
