Job description
Position Overview
As a Merchandising Services Associate at Lowe's, you serve as an essential link between the Merchandising and Store Operations teams to help create an exceptional shopping environment across our stores. Your role focuses on constructing visually appealing displays and deploying merchandising strategies that highlight popular products.

Daily Responsibilities
- Execute merchandising resets and service projects aligning with Lowe's standards and document task completion,
- Manage buyback items preparation for shipment by verifying, pulling, and prepping them,
- Maintain and update store signage including wayfinding and product location marks, both physically and digitally,
- Ensure product pricing is clearly displayed and replace missing price tags,
- Promote additional sales by arranging clearance items, organizing products properly, and placing displays strategically,
- Repair or replace damaged or missing merchandise items, signage, and displays,
- Coordinate project priorities, scheduling, and requirements with the Merchandising Services Team and Managers,
- Analyze execution metrics and relay performance feedback to store, market, and corporate leadership,
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Basic literacy and arithmetic skills (addition and subtraction),
- Effective verbal communication and listening abilities,
- Proficiency with web-based software used for job tasks,
- Capability to sit or stand for extended periods,
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds independently or more with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience working on Lowe's sales floors,
- Familiarity with merchandising tasks such as reading planograms and assembling/disassembling displays,
- Experience operating powered equipment like lifts or order pickers,
- Knowledge of essential hand and power tools including drills, saws, and similar equipment.
Additional Details

Work Conditions: Exposure to various environments including indoor and outdoor weather conditions with extremes in temperature and humidity is possible. Noise levels can be variable, and physical tasks may involve lifting objects weighing up to 75 pounds, with assistance or powered equipment utilized as needed.
