Full Time Merchandising Service Associate - Day Shift

Position Overview

As a Merchandising Service Associate at Lowe's, you will play a vital role bridging Merchandising and Store Operations to enhance the shopping experience across our stores. Note: Nursery MST associates might need to work during weekend shifts.

Primary Responsibilities

• Execute merchandising resets and service projects in line with Lowe's standards, providing proof of completion for assigned duties.
• Manage buyback items by verifying, preparing, and readying them for shipment.
• Update and validate wayfinding signage, pricing labels, and maintain digital product location information throughout the store.
• Stage clearance and promotional items appropriately to boost add-on sales.
• Repair or replace damaged or missing signage, merchandise, and display elements.
• Coordinate project priorities, scheduling, and resource needs with the Merchandising Services team and management.
• Analyze project metrics and contribute feedback to store, market, and corporate leaders regarding service execution.
• Carry out additional tasks as required.

Essential Qualifications

• Basic proficiency in reading, writing, and arithmetic (addition, subtraction).
• Effective verbal communication skills and active listening capability.
• Competent in using web-based applications to complete assignments.
• Ability to remain seated or standing for extended durations.
• Capable of lifting at least 25 pounds unassisted; may require accommodation for lifting heavier items.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working on Lowe's sales floor.
• Familiarity with product merchandising tasks, including understanding planograms and setting up or dismantling displays.
• Experience operating powered equipment such as lifts and order pickers.
• Working knowledge of basic tools like drills, saws, and hand tools.
