Full Time Merchandising Service Associate - Day Shift

Overview

As a Merchandising Services Associate at Lowe's, you serve as a vital link between Merchandising and Store Operations, ensuring an excellent shopping experience by creating compelling product displays and maintaining accurate signage and pricing.

Key Duties

• Execute merchandising resets and service projects following Lowe's standards and document task completion
• Prepare buyback items for shipping by pulling and prepping them
• Update and maintain in-store wayfinding and product location signage, including digital information
• Ensure product pricing is visible and replace missing price labels
• Boost additional sales by staging clearance items and organizing merchandise displays appropriately
• Fix or replace damaged signage, displays, or merchandise
• Communicate priorities and schedules effectively with the Merchandising Services Team and management
• Analyze project metrics and offer feedback to store, market, and corporate leadership
• Perform other assigned responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

• Basic literacy and numeracy skills, including reading, writing, and simple arithmetic
• Ability to listen attentively and verbally communicate with others
• Comfortable using web-based computer programs for task completion
• Capability to stand and sit for extended periods
• Able to lift at least 25 pounds unassisted or more with or without accommodation

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working on Lowe's sales floor
• Familiarity with merchandising tasks such as interpreting planograms and setting up or dismantling displays
• Experience operating powered equipment like lifts and order pickers
• Proficiency with essential tools including drills, saws, and hand tools

Compensation

Hourly pay ranges from $17.50 to $19.60, varying by factors such as location, experience, and education.
