Full Time Merchandising Service Associate - Day Shift

About the Role

Join Lowe's as a Merchandising Services Associate, where you are the essential link between Merchandising and Store Operations to ensure customers have an excellent shopping experience. This position involves building engaging product displays and applying merchandising strategies to highlight popular items effectively.

Responsibilities

• Execute merchandising resets and service projects following Lowe's standards and submit proof of task completion.
• Handle buyback product verification, preparation, and readiness for shipment.
• Maintain and update signage for wayfinding and product locations, including digital information updates across the store.
• Ensure product pricing is visible and replace any absent price tags.
• Support add-on sales by arranging clearance items, organizing merchandise appropriately, and placing displays strategically throughout the store.
• Repair or replace damaged or missing merchandise, signage, and displays.
• Communicate schedules, project priorities, and requirements with the team and management.
• Analyze store metrics and provide feedback on project and service effectiveness to store, market, and corporate leaders.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Basic literacy and numeracy, including reading, writing, addition, and subtraction.
• Effective listening and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate web-based software tools for task completion.
• Capability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Able to lift at least 25 pounds unassisted, or more with accommodation.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience on Lowe's sales floor.
• Hands-on experience with merchandising tasks, including interpreting planograms and managing display setups and takedowns.
• Familiarity and operation of power equipment like lifts and order pickers.
• Knowledge of essential hand and power tools such as drills, saws, and hand tools.
