Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate Frontend Software Engineer with 0-2 years' experience to help us scale our platform as we prepare for IPO-level engineering. The ideal candidate is eager to craft top-tier user interfaces, rapidly learn modern frontend technologies and AI-assisted development practices, and deliver high-quality software with speed and precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality production web applications using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Create reusable, scalable, and maintainable frontend components.
• Translate product designs and requirements into clean, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces.
• Integrate frontend with RESTful APIs and real-time communication services such as WebSockets/Socket.IO.
• Manage event-driven flows connected to RabbitMQ and backend messaging systems.
• Address real-time challenges including reconnection handling, error management, data synchronization, and state consistency.
• Efficiently manage server state using React Query or TanStack Query and complex client-side state with Redux or Redux Toolkit where applicable.
• Enhance frontend architecture, optimize performance, and improve code organization and maintainability.
• Write reliable unit and integration tests using Jest along with end-to-end tests using Playwright.
• Engage actively in code reviews, identify code regressions, edge cases, and troubleshoot root causes systematically.
• Leverage AI-powered engineering tools judiciously to accelerate coding, testing, debugging, and refactoring without compromising quality or security.
• Own features end-to-end, communicate clearly about ambiguities or risks, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and contribute to continuous improvement in processes and codebase.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 0 to 2 years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript, React (components, hooks, lifecycle), and TypeScript including type-safe programming.
• Experience working with APIs and asynchronous data flows.
• Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux/Redux Toolkit and data-fetching tools such as React Query or TanStack Query.
• Knowledge of frontend testing frameworks including Jest and Playwright.
• Understanding of real-time frontend architectures using WebSockets/Socket.IO and message queue systems like RabbitMQ.
• Strong fundamentals in HTML, CSS, responsive design, and browser mechanics.
• Experience with Git and collaborative version control workflows.
• Capability to debug issues thoroughly and write clean, maintainable, and readable code.
• Experience or willingness to effectively utilize AI tools for enhanced software engineering productivity.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
