Front Store Supervisor

About the Role

Join a community-focused, locally owned Shoppers Drug Mart store to provide health, beauty, and convenience services while putting customers at the heart of your work.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer service operations, including cash handling, cashiers, and merchandising activities.
• Ensure all cashier and merchandising staff adhere to store policies and procedures.
• Conduct training and provide continuous guidance to cashiers and merchandisers.
• Implement all loss prevention measures, oversee daily cash office inventory, and track cashier activities including PC Optimum procedures.
• Maintain store employee presentation in compliance with the uniform policy.
• Address customer inquiries regarding product locations and rainchecks, and resolve issues such as refunds and exchanges within established guidelines.
• Encourage and promote customer satisfaction surveys (CSI Survey).
• Keep shelves clean and organized with proper product rotation, and manage product displays as directed by management.
• Maintain housekeeping and overall store image; comply with all health and safety regulations.
• Perform clerical and banking duties as needed.
• Fulfill cashier responsibilities when required.

Compensation

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $18.00 to $20.10, depending on experience and regional factors. This role is for a current vacancy and involves AI-supported screening and selection processes.
