Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service operations including cash handling, cashier oversight, and merchandising activities.
• Ensure all cashier and merchandising personnel comply with store policies and procedures.
• Provide training and continual support to staff on job responsibilities.
• Implement loss prevention measures and maintain daily cash office inventory and cashier tracking records including PC Optimum procedures.
• Maintain store image by ensuring staff adhere to uniform policies and promptly address customer inquiries about products, rainchecks, and resolve issues such as refunds and exchanges following company guidelines.
• Encourage customer feedback participation through the CSI Survey.
• Maintain clean, organized shelves with proper stock rotation and execute product displays as directed.
• Ensure store housekeeping and health and safety standards are met consistently.
• Perform clerical, banking, and cashier duties as needed while complying with all loss prevention and store policies.

Required Attributes and Experience

• Strong planning, judgement, and decision-making abilities to effectively organize store operations.
• Ability to think independently and solve problems to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Competency with computers, organizational skills, time management, and knowledge of store products and supplies.
