Position Overview

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, working onsite in Langelsheim, Lower Saxony, Germany. The role offers a permanent contract and a comprehensive onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage your store team with support from the deputy store manager.
• Oversee store appearance, manage ordering processes, implement presentation guidelines, and handle daily operational tasks.
• Hold personnel responsibility including creating duty rosters and fostering employee development.
• Lead recruitment efforts to build your store team.
• Communicate regularly with regional management regarding results and store development.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Completed vocational training, preferably with experience in a similar retail leadership role.
• Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills to motivate your team and provide constructive feedback.
• Availability for 40 hours per week across five working days, including regular weekend and evening shifts.
• Willingness to undergo an eight-week onboarding program at one of our trainer stores in Germany.
