Stocking 1 Team Associate

Position Summary

The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service by efficiently managing stocking responsibilities. This includes accurately replenishing picked items and new merchandise within a safe, organized, and clean environment. The associate will collaborate with their team to plan and perform duties aligned with workload and operational priorities.

Main Duties

• Offering excellent customer service by courteously greeting shoppers, assisting with product inquiries, guiding merchandise location, supporting purchase decisions, resolving issues, and redirecting concerns when necessary.
• Assessing workload for designated store sections.
• Precisely signing merchandise to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ensuring shelf organization and maintaining fixture integrity without capacity errors.
• Handling merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to aid in the Customer Availability Process.
• Utilizing appropriate tools, fixtures, and supplies to complete required activities.
• Promoting workplace safety and cleanliness by following company policies, completing safety checks, and securing displays and fixtures.
• Preparing the backroom to facilitate the stock unloading process.

Compensation

This position has a minimum hourly wage starting at $17.75 CAD.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
