Key Responsibilities

• Lead your store team with assistance from the deputy store manager
• Oversee store appearance, ordering processes, compliance with presentation guidelines, and manage daily operational tasks
• Take responsibility for personnel management, including creating work schedules and fostering employee growth
• Recruit new team members and develop your store team
• Communicate with regional management regarding results and store development strategies

Required Qualifications and Attributes

• Completed vocational training; preferably experience in a similar retail position
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of responsibility
• Good communication skills to motivate your team and provide constructive feedback
• Availability for 40 hours per week, five days weekly, including regular weekend and evening shifts
• Willingness to undertake an eight-week training program at one of our trainer stores in Germany
