Responsibilities

• Lead your store team supported by the deputy store manager
• Manage store appearance including order processes, adherence to display guidelines, and daily operational tasks
• Oversee personnel responsibilities such as creating work schedules and fostering employee growth
• Recruit new team members to build your store staff
• Collaborate with regional management to review results and develop the store

Requirements

• Completed vocational training; experience in a comparable retail management position preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset combined with high sense of responsibility
• Strong communication skills to motivate and develop your team through feedback
• Availability for 40 hours weekly over 5 days, including regular weekends and evenings
• Willingness to undergo an eight-week onboarding at one of our trainer stores in Germany
