Key Responsibilities

• Perform sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, and mopping to maintain cleanliness of storage units, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and other facility spaces
• Handle trash disposal and upkeep of waste disposal sites
• Manage exterior grounds with lawn mowing, trimming, and related maintenance
• Conduct recycling and dumping trips as needed
• Inspect storage units for cleanliness, check occupancy, and identify maintenance needs
• Keep parking lots, driveways, and outdoor areas clean and orderly
• Maintain inventories of cleaning supplies and reorder them when necessary
• Support property upkeep and improve facility appearance
• Execute additional tasks or duties as assigned by management

Work Environment and Physical Demands

The role involves exposure to moderate hazards requiring adherence to safety measures, including wearing protective gear such as gloves, masks, goggles, or shields when necessary. Physical requirements include periods of standing still, outdoor movement, reaching for items at various heights, and handling equipment weighing at least 50 pounds, either alone or with assistance.
