Facility Housekeeper

Overview

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks including sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, and mopping across storage units, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and other areas within the facility.
• Handle trash disposal efficiently and responsibly.
• Manage and monitor cleaning supplies inventory, ensuring timely replenishment as needed.
• Execute additional duties as assigned to support facility upkeep.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

The position involves exposure to moderate risks, such as operating near moving machinery or handling irritant chemicals, necessitating use of protective gear like gloves, masks, goggles, or shields.

The role requires physical stamina, involving periods of standing still, outdoor activity, reaching at various heights, and moving equipment weighing 50 pounds or more, sometimes without assistance.
