Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant operations at Domino's in Quincy, FL. This position offers a base salary of $800 per week with additional monthly bonuses tied to sales, service, profitability, and compliance with standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and oversee store staff to build a strong, effective team.
• Ensure all operational and health & safety standards are consistently met or exceeded.
• Manage inventory and control food costs efficiently.
• Supervise labor costs and strive to surpass set performance targets.
• Accurately complete and review all required documentation on time.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and effectively handle service recovery situations.
• Maintain a professional yet enjoyable work environment for employees.
