Position Overview
This full-time, hands-on General Manager role offers the unique opportunity to progress toward franchise ownership. Previous General Managers averaged an annual earnings of $103,000. The role includes competitive compensation, health benefits, and paid leave. Work availability across all operating hours is essential.
Work Schedule
- Sunday to Thursday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 AM
- Friday and Saturday: 9:00 AM to 2:00 AM
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team during assigned shifts, overseeing between 3 to 30 employees.
- Handle all aspects of store operations including cost and cash control.
- Assist customers in person and operate the cash register.
- Prepare menu items swiftly and accurately adhering to portion sizes and recipes.
- Maintain the restaurant's cleanliness and professional appearance, following company grooming standards.
- Provide a positive role model example and set the tone for the store environment.
Training Requirements
Delivery duties are part of initial training; therefore, candidates must hold a valid Florida driver's license and have an insured, reliable vehicle.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in fast food or restaurant management is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and motivational skills to direct team members effectively.
- A dependable and positive attitude, capable of fostering a constructive workplace.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
