Role Overview
The Senior Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager to run store operations efficiently, aiming for maximum sales, profits, and compliance with company guidelines. This role centers on fostering excellent guest services, developing staff, managing expenses, and controlling inventory and merchandising.
Compensation and Benefits
Hourly pay ranges between $20.00 and $20.25, based on qualifications and experience.
