Overnight Associate

Overview

The Overnight Associate plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service by efficiently managing the receiving and movement of merchandise throughout the store, particularly during overnight hours. This includes tasks like unloading trailers, transporting pallets to the sales floor, and assisting with merchandise processing, all while maintaining a safe and tidy environment. The associate collaborates with the team to plan and carry out responsibilities aligned with workload and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the sales floor ahead of store opening.
• Set up product displays, merchandise, and signage features.
• Perform live unloading of various merchandise shipments.
• Focus on labeling merchandise and organizing backroom storage bins and stock.
• Move pallets to and from the sales floor for overnight processing.
• Help replenish sales floor stock as needed and assist customers if required.
• Label areas on the sales floor in preparation for store opening.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by following company policies, completing safety sweep logs, and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.

Compensation
