We are seeking a Facilities & Operations Coordinator to join a reputable educational institution located in Dublin City Centre. This role offers an engaging, hands-on opportunity with significant responsibility for managing the campus environment to ensure smooth operations.

Key Duties

  • Manage the daily functioning and preparedness of the campus, making sure that teaching rooms, examination halls, meeting areas, and public spaces are safe, clean, and ready for use.
  • Coordinate both scheduled and urgent maintenance activities across the site.
  • Oversee the performance of contractors and outsourced service providers such as cleaning, security, and facilities management teams.
  • Monitor service quality and promptly address any outstanding issues to maintain high operational standards.
  • Support health and safety protocols, fire safety compliance, risk management, and incident reporting processes.
  • Serve as a pivotal operational liaison, maintaining accurate records and assisting senior leadership with daily challenges and improvement opportunities.

Candidate Profile

  • Solid practical knowledge of health & safety regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management approaches.
