About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated In-house Recruiter for a 12-month initial contract based in Dublin 24, offering a hybrid work model with three days in-office attendance. The role offers a competitive salary ranging from 45,000 to 55,000 per annum along with excellent benefits. This position represents a great opportunity to join a leading company and become a valuable member of an established Talent Acquisition team.
Key Responsibilities
As an integral part of the recruitment function, your main focus will be on talent acquisition, sourcing, and attracting qualified candidates to build strong talent pipelines across various business divisions. You will proactively source candidates using platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter and effectively handle large volumes of applications. Additionally, you will be expected to identify process improvements and introduce more efficient practices within your daily recruitment activities.
Collaboration
You will collaborate closely with a supportive Human Resources team and engage with stakeholders throughout the company.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary recruitment environment, demonstrating a proactive approach. Previous agency experience is valuable, particularly for those transitioning into an in-house recruitment role.
