Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience estimating costs for highway or civil infrastructure projects.
- Strong expertise in blueprint reading and civil sitework fundamentals.
- Effective communication and negotiating abilities.
- Ability to visit site locations as necessary to gather data.
- Preferred educational background includes a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a relevant discipline.
Compensation and Benefits
