Job Responsibilities

• Drive business development through superior sales techniques to attract and retain clients.
• Leverage the proprietary applicant tracking system Jax to identify candidates that meet client requirements effectively.
• Maintain a professional approach marked by kindness and respect in all interactions.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of two years' experience working in a staffing agency environment.
• Demonstrated expertise managing a full-desk recruiting role, including client acquisition and candidate placement.
• Track record of meeting or surpassing placement and revenue objectives.
• Ability to nurture and sustain productive relationships both internally and externally.

Preferred Qualifications

• Recruitment experience specializing in technology or closely related skill areas.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems such as Bullhorn or Salesforce.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Additional Information

• Salary range spans from $75,000 to $500,000 annually, influenced by performance.
