Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Recruiter who will handle full-cycle recruiting responsibilities and client management within manufacturing or related fields. This role requires someone who takes pride in their recruiting work and is passionate about exceeding business goals.

Core Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through effective sales skills to acquire and maintain client accounts.
• Conduct candidate sourcing and placement using advanced tools, particularly the proprietary ATS, Jax.
• Lead all interactions and processes with kindness and respect, embodying the company culture.

Candidate Profile

• A minimum of two years of experience at a staffing agency, preferably with demonstrated success in full-desk recruiting including client development and candidate sourcing.
• Proven record of meeting or surpassing placement targets and revenue goals.
• Strong relationship-building capabilities, maintaining productive internal and external networks.
• Preferably experienced recruiting in manufacturing or related industries.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems such as Bullhorn or Salesforce is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Additional Information

Salary ranges broadly from $75,000 to $500,000 annually, dependent on performance and commission.
