Overview
A nursing home facility in Milledgeville, GA is seeking a dedicated full-time MDS Coordinator to join their team. This role focuses on managing Minimum Data Set (MDS) processes within the facility, working day shifts Monday through Friday, with 8-hour shifts. Immediate hiring is available.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the MDS documentation and reporting processes at the nursing home.
- Apply current MDS experience to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Effectively monetize acuity levels for proper reimbursement.
- Maintain financial oversight related to MDS functions within the facility.
- Ensure operations adhere to Medicaid guidelines and regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Prior experience working as an MDS Coordinator is required.
- Ability to manage financial aspects related to MDS and acuity monetization.
- Knowledge of Medicaid compliance standards and guidelines.
- Capable of working full-time daytime hours, Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.
