Job Overview
This role demands accountability for shaping and executing the vision and strategic roadmap for all current and upcoming services within the ITOT directorate. The manager will oversee the entire customer journey by establishing and fulfilling a unified, customer-oriented journey vision. The position involves pinpointing solutions and thoroughly assessing requirements prior to procurement or development to guarantee alignment with enterprise strategic objectives, which span business processes, applications, data/information, infrastructure, and services. All tasks are to be accomplished adhering to defined KPIs, budgets, and organizational policies and procedures.
Requirements
- At least nine years of professional experience in the Information Technology sector.
- A minimum of two years spent in a managerial capacity.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification is mandatory.
