Enterprise or Senior Solution Architect - TOGAF

About the Company and Role

Nair Systems LLC is seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Architect to join their Qatar operations, focusing on comprehensive enterprise IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and uphold enterprise architecture principles and create reference architectures spanning application, integration, cloud (specifically Azure), and data domains.
• Implement and manage an architecture review process and maintain thorough documentation repositories to ensure transparency and governance.
• Oversee compliance with established architecture standards throughout the organization.
• Lead application portfolio rationalization initiatives by analyzing platforms such as Oracle Fusion, Yardi, Salesforce, and BI tools to identify redundancies, evaluate total ownership costs, and suggest consolidation or optimization strategies aligning with business capabilities.
• Assess existing point-to-point integrations, design a future-state integration architecture, spearhead middleware platform selection, and define API governance to implement scalable and resilient integration layers with event-driven or service-based patterns and canonical data models.
• Establish Azure cloud architectural standards, guide workload placement, align practices with security frameworks including SASE, and promote high availability, scalability, and cost optimization in cloud environments.
• Coordinate data and analytics strategies to enable consistent data flows, integrate with BI requirements, eliminate silos, and support enterprise-wide data governance initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• At least 12 years in enterprise IT environments.
• Minimum 5 years in Enterprise or Senior Solution Architecture roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in multi-application enterprise ecosystems and integration architecture.
• Practical experience working within Azure cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM coexistence challenges and solutions.

Preferred Certifications

• TOGAF certification.
• Salesforce certification.
• Certifications related to integration platforms.
• IT governance credentials.
