Senior Oracle ADF / BPM Programmer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle ADF / BPM Programmer to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This role involves designing, developing, and managing Oracle-based solutions, ensuring the integration and security of enterprise systems, and working collaboratively with client teams to support efficient workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine business needs to design comprehensive ADF and BPM solutions.
• Develop Oracle Application Development Framework Faces UI components, Task Flows, Business Components, and integrate REST and SOAP web services.
• Model and oversee BPM processes, including human tasks and the implementation of business rules.
• Integrate Oracle Database with SOA Suite and various external systems to ensure seamless operation.
• Implement security protocols such as JAAS, Single Sign-On (SSO), and OpenID Connect (OIDC), including role-based access controls and data security.
• Create deployment scripts and manage build promotions across multiple environments.
• Document technical details through high-level and low-level design documents, user manuals, and prepare test documentation.
• Advise on system performance enhancements and carry out tuning activities.
• Liaise effectively with client teams to maintain consistent business process workflows.
• Perform other development-related duties as required.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least five years of practical experience working with Oracle ADF technology.
• Minimum two years of specialized experience with Oracle BPM Suite.
• Proficiency working with Oracle ADF, JDeveloper IDE, BPMN 2.0 modeling standard, SOA Suite, REST and SOAP web services, SQL database queries, and version control systems such as Git.
