Business Analyst - Multinational Corporate Banking

Position Overview

Nair Systems LLC is actively seeking a Business Analyst with specialization in multinational corporate banking to join its Qatar-based operations. The candidate will contribute to business analysis, management information system (MIS) reporting, strategic planning, process enhancement, and product implementation projects linked to transactional and cash management banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

• Conduct business analysis including process mapping and gathering requirements for banking operations focused on transaction banking and cash management products.
• Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and comprehensive management reports to support strategic decisions.
• Analyze extensive datasets to derive actionable insights that support corporate banking initiatives and product implementation.
• Support strategic initiatives such as approved growth plans, client targeting, service quality enhancement, client onboarding standards, and digital transformation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Corporate Banking, Global Transaction Banking, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Product, Technology, and Financial Control to ensure alignment with governance, operational standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage stakeholder communications and presentations effectively to facilitate project coordination and business planning.
• Adhere to applicable group policies, procedures, operational and risk frameworks, as well as regulatory standards including AML, CFT, sanctions, and data protection.
• Contribute to project governance ensuring compliance with methodologies and recognized business analysis standards.
• Support market and corridor strategies covering regions such as Turkey, Egypt, Iraq, UAE, and Qatar for expanding multinational corporate banking services.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Between 5 and 8 years of relevant experience in Transaction Banking, Cash Management, Corporate Banking, Treasury Services, Business Analytics, or Business Analysis.
• Demonstrated expertise working on business analysis, strategic initiatives, process improvements, or product implementation projects.
• Experience with multinational corporate banking, transactional banking, or cash management sectors is preferred.
• Proficient in handling management reports, business cases, performance analysis, and dashboard preparation.
• Familiarity with cash management products such as payments, collections, deposits, and liquidity solutions.
• Experience in regional or international banking environments is an advantage.

Technical and Professional Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented approach and commitment to data accuracy.
• Proficient in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and other data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, complemented by strong presentation and stakeholder management competences.
• Experience working collaboratively across different business functions and teams.
• Strong organizational and project management skills including planning and coordination.
• Understanding of banking regulations, risk appetite, operational risk, compliance policies, and relevant global guidelines.
