Engineering Technical Trainer

Overview

We are seeking an Engineering Technical Trainer to conduct both theoretical and hands-on training across diverse engineering and technical subjects. This role involves preparing instructional materials and delivering training sessions that align with professional standards and industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct theoretical and practical training covering various engineering and technical disciplines.
• Create and develop lesson plans, training materials, presentations, and practical exercises.
• Provide hands-on instruction in engineering drawings, drafting methods, and application of technical skills.
• Demonstrate the usage of relevant engineering software, tools, and equipment.
• Administer both practical and theoretical assessments to measure trainees' technical competencies.
• Track trainee progress and offer technical support along with constructive feedback.
• Maintain detailed training records and generate reports on trainee performance and progress.
• Ensure all training sessions meet the required technical standards and are consistent with current industry practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• A minimum of two years of experience in engineering training roles.
• Proven expertise across several technical areas including civil engineering drafting, map and plan drafting, digital mapping, electrical drafting, mechanical drafting, architectural drafting, road and structural drafting, HVAC and plumbing drafting, technical specifications drafting, digital cartography and map printing, as well as architectural model creation (maquettes).
• Proficiency in using engineering drafting and design software relevant to the field.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and instructional abilities.
