Product Manager

Job Objective

Evaluate and document system and product features by converting requirements into precise and actionable functional specifications. Support and promote a consistent analytical and documentation methodology to facilitate effective product decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret product requirements and features, translating them into detailed workflows and scenarios.
• Detect business rules, exceptions, edge cases, and data validation criteria.
• Perform system analysis via reverse engineering to understand existing structures.
• Develop thorough Functional Requirements Documents suitable for design and development phases.
• Identify any gaps to guarantee completeness, clarity, and actionability of requirements.
• Work collaboratively with Product, Design, and Development teams throughout the analysis and delivery lifecycle.
• Support advancements in standardizing product analysis and documentation procedures.
• Independently manage assigned features and system components.

Qualifications and Skills

• Between 3 to 5 years' experience in Product or Business Analysis roles.
• Prior involvement in SaaS or digital product sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex systems and produce functional requirements documentation.
• Firm understanding of workflows, business rules, APIs, databases, and information flows.
• Exceptional technical writing and documentation proficiency.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
• Able to work autonomously and engage effectively with cross-functional teams.
