Role Overview
This position involves supporting senior leadership by ensuring smooth administrative workflows, managing executive schedules, and enhancing communication among internal and external parties.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior management, including calendar management and meeting arrangements.
- Draft, organize, and oversee correspondence, reports, presentations, and official documentation.
- Liaise and coordinate effectively with partners, suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders to facilitate operations.
- Track assignments, contracts, and essential administrative duties, guaranteeing their timely execution.
- Promote clear communication channels between executive leadership and various internal departments.
- Keep records orderly and manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of relevant experience serving as an Executive Administrative Assistant or in executive administration roles.
- Proven ability to coordinate with external contacts such as partners, suppliers, and clients.
- Strong skills in organization, time management, follow-through, and communication.
- Advanced business writing abilities and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
