About Zetbasket and the Role

Zetbasket is seeking a dynamic and accountable Hyperlocal Operations Executive based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. This full-time position involves managing the everyday operational activities of hyperlocal delivery services including coordination with local sellers, overseeing order fulfillment, and ensuring timely last-mile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Enroll and liaise with local shopkeepers and sellers to facilitate service expansion.
• Supervise daily order processing, check inventory levels, and ensure order completion.
• Collaborate with delivery partners to guarantee prompt deliveries.
• Track order progress and troubleshoot operational challenges promptly.
• Compile and maintain detailed reports on seller performance, orders, and deliveries.
• Address concerns of customers and merchants with professionalism and efficiency.
• Conduct routine field visits to markets and sellers to maintain relationship and operational standards.
• Support the growth of Zetbasket's hyperlocal network within Bhopal.
• Ensure adherence to service quality metrics and operational compliance requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduation in any discipline is required.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience preferred; however, capable fresh graduates will also be considered.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficient in basic MS Excel and reporting tasks.
• Familiarity with hyperlocal delivery or e-commerce operations is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude and skills in team management.
• Experience in e-commerce, logistics, retail, grocery delivery or last-mile operations is favorable.
• Must possess a two-wheeler vehicle and a smartphone for field tasks.

Additional Information

This position is office-based at Aashima Mall, 1st Floor, Hoshangabad Road, Bhopal.

Compensation will be determined based on experience and performance in interviews, with a salary range of INR 15,000 to 25,000 per month.
