Role Summary and Responsibilities

• Recognize both internal and external training demands, crafting comprehensive programs to meet these needs, and organizing refresher sessions when necessary.
• Design and deliver high-quality training sessions to clients across various markets including Singapore and Hong Kong.
• Conduct training proficiently in English, Urdu, and Arabic languages.
• Offer weekly classroom instructions along with on-site and online training services to external clients.
• Maintain strong communication channels with clients to identify and address evolving training requirements.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to propose actionable improvements addressing any gaps.
• Assess training effectiveness and revise materials and methodologies accordingly.
• Support the development and regular updating of Product User Guides in English, Urdu, and Arabic.
• Lead internal training sessions for new employees across diverse countries covering product knowledge.

Training Focus Areas

• Induction: Introducing the company and its products.
• Launch of new products.
• Detailed training on Cartrack solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a diploma or bachelor's degree in Business or hold equivalent relevant industry experience with exemplary academic records.
• Minimum of three years' experience in learning and development or training roles.
• Exhibit enthusiasm and strong communication abilities to engage audiences.
• Comfortable performing stand-up presentations to groups.
