Role Overview
As the Engineering Manager for our Landing Pages product, you will oversee the development of a platform enabling customers to design, host, and deliver independent web experiences such as sign-up forms, preference centers, and surveys. This product includes a drag-and-drop editor with templates, scalable hosting infrastructure, API integrations for data synchronization, and performance reporting for marketers.
This opportunity combines product growth leadership with technical management. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to prioritize and validate feature development, drive rapid user adoption, and tackle complex engineering challenges. Key responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, and developing engineering talent, guiding architectural decisions, writing critical code when necessary, and steering the team's vision and goals.
Who You Are
- Bringing over five years of software engineering experience, including at least two years managing high-performing teams.
- Thriving in roles granting a high degree of autonomy and accountability, while capable of delving into technical complexities to make informed decisions.
- Possessing a keen product sensibility and strong attention to detail, with past achievements in creating intuitive and quality user experiences.
- Experienced in building scalable foundational systems and leading significant projects that have driven organizational success.
- A proven track record of recruiting, motivating, and retaining talented teams within dynamic, fast-growing companies.
Compensation and Benefits
For candidates based in Ontario, the salary range at employment start is between CAD 191,459 and CAD 338,434 annually, with on-target earnings (including bonuses or commissions) from CAD 215,200 up to CAD 380,400. Offers vary based on individual qualifications, location, and experience.
