Job description
Role Overview
The role primarily entails overseeing the review, authorization, and issuance of electronic Work Permits (eCPW/PTW) for asset operators, tenants, and contractors within the Industrial City boundary. This ensures that all operations comply with QatarEnergy and Industrial City guidelines, regulations, and standard procedures.
Key Duties
- Develop and manage inspection programs, methods, and schedules to verify that activities and projects related to asset operators, tenants, and contractors across RLIC/MIC/DCA align with required permit conditions and procedures.
- Ensure conformity with relevant QatarEnergy regulations in all permitted tasks.
Required Skills and Experience
- A total of 10 years of professional experience, including a minimum of five years within the oil and gas sector.
- Proficient understanding of discipline activities encompassing construction, testing, and commissioning, along with foundational engineering principles.
- Comprehensive knowledge of engineering and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) codes and standards.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings accurately.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any specialization.
