Job Overview

We seek dedicated and energetic Maintenance professionals who excel in delivering exceptional customer service while providing innovative solutions for our guests. The Electrician role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) and HVAC systems throughout the hotel premises prioritizing health and safety standards.
• Conduct repair and maintenance tasks on mechanical and electrical heating and ventilation equipment to guarantee the safe and efficient operation of the hotel.
• Handle installation and repair of mains/domestic single and three-phase distribution systems, including all lighting and internal power installations or appliances.
• Support emergency systems such as fire alarms, lighting, batteries, and standby power configurations including generator operations.
• Manage control systems related to M&E processes, including equipment like televisions, hair dryers, shaver sockets, as well as all guest and service elevators.
• Create sketches or interpret blueprints to locate wiring and electrical equipment while ensuring adherence to building and safety codes.
• Employ various tools and equipment including power construction tools, measuring devices, power tools, oscilloscopes, ammeters, and test lamps for diagnostics and repairs.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in electro-technical services or equivalent qualification with a basic high school level education.
• Proven expertise in electrical maintenance and operation of related equipment.
• Good command of English language.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems effectively.
