Job Overview

Key Duties

• Oversee and manage the activities of all security staff on the premises.
• Ensure 24/7 security coverage across all hotel properties.
• Compile daily incident reports, requisition forms, and internal memos and ensure thorough investigation and documentation of any crimes or incidents.
• Set and prepare annual security objectives for the department.
• Collaborate with Department Heads to verify compliance with established security protocols.
• Work closely with external law enforcement agencies concerning incidents involving the hotel, its employees, or guests.
• Consistently perform all duties adhering strictly to hotel standards as well as relevant legal and statutory requirements.

Education, Qualifications, and Experience

Applicants should ideally hold a graduate degree and possess certification as a security professional, preferably with prior experience in hotel security. Additional certifications like CPR, First Aid, BHV, or proficiency with AED devices are highly advantageous. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, and the ability to strictly follow safety and security policies are mandatory.
