Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and guest-oriented Front Office staff committed to offering outstanding customer care and innovative guest solutions. This opportunity is located at Beach Bay Hotel Al Mirfa, Abu Dhabi.

Key Duties

• Warmly welcome guests on arrival, promptly hand out parking tickets, and park vehicles efficiently.
• Return guest vehicles within five minutes upon request.
• Stay informed about hotel services to effectively address guest inquiries.
• Ensure a smooth shift handover by receiving updates from previous team members.
• Conduct regular inspections at the main entrance to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Report any guest complaints or issues immediately to supervisors.
• Safeguard and accurately record all guest car keys and parking details.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with guests to exceed their expectations.
• Manage airport and crew transportation flow as needed.
• Consistently treat guests and colleagues with politeness and respect.
• Promptly assist clients or coworkers requiring help with care and attention.
• Adhere strictly to UAE driving laws and regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality is preferred.
• Fluent verbal and written English communication skills are required.
• Possession of a valid driving license in the country is mandatory.
• Must be presentable, energetic, and possess a friendly demeanor.
• Highly proactive with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, demonstrating safe driving habits and calmness under stress.
