Job Overview

The role focuses on assisting broadband installations and handling electrical tasks at customer sites to ensure secure and efficient electrical connections for broadband apparatus.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute electrical tasks related to broadband and Internet installations.
• Install, connect, and maintain electrical fixtures and points.
• Provide assistance to technicians during setup of routers, modems, ONTs, and related devices.
• Adhere strictly to electrical safety standards and company protocols.
• Complete assigned installation and servicing assignments punctually.
• Collaborate with field and network technicians as required.

Candidate Requirements

• ITI Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Basic understanding of electrical wiring systems and troubleshooting techniques.
• Preferably 1 to 2 years of experience in residential or commercial electrical work.
• Familiarity with electrical safety norms and best practices.
• Willingness and ability to work on-site at customer locations.
• Effective communication abilities and customer service skills.
