About the Role

Flik Hospitality Group is urgently seeking a dedicated full-time Dishwasher to join our team located at Comcast Inverness, 183 Inverness Drive, Centennial, CO 80112. This position operates Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with full details provided during the interview process. Candidates with prior kitchen prep experience are preferred, though training will be provided for those willing to learn.

Core Responsibilities

• Remove and rinse food residue from dirty dishes, then wash by hand or load into dishwashing machines based on equipment in use, ensuring thorough cleanliness and sanitation.
• Clean pots, pans, and trays according to established guidelines to maintain hygiene standards.
• Polish silverware utilizing burnishing machines, chemical dips, buffing wheels, or hand cloths as assigned, ensuring spotless results.
• Follow all specified safety protocols strictly.
• Monitor and maintain appropriate temperatures and chemical levels per company standards.
• Keep the dish area organized and compliant with all safety requirements.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness by sweeping and mopping floors to uphold sanitation and safety.
• Clean worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food preparation surfaces diligently.
• Collect trash, place it in designated containers, and clean garbage cans using steam or hoses.
• Assist with moving supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Support loading and unloading of supplies and products.
• Perform additional duties as necessary to support kitchen operations.

Compensation Details

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $20 to $22 per hour.
