Stocking 1 Team Associate

Position Summary

This role involves delivering excellent customer service by efficiently performing assigned stocking tasks. Duties include accurately stocking merchandise and picks while maintaining a safe, orderly, and clean work environment. The Associate collaborates with the team to plan and execute tasks according to workload and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers courteously, assist with product promotion, help locate items, facilitate purchase decisions, and resolve issues or escalate as needed.
• Assess workload for designated store areas to prioritize activities.
• Ensure merchandise is correctly signed and displayed.
• Maintain shelf organization and correct any capacity errors.
• Manage merchandising and CAP/VizPicking bins to support customer availability.
• Use appropriate fixtures, supplies, and tools to complete stocking duties effectively.
• Contribute to a safe and hazard-free workplace by following company safety policies, completing safety sweep logs, and securing displays and fixtures.
• Prepare the backroom area for the stock unloading process.

Additional Information

The starting wage for this position is $16.15 per hour.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
