Job Summary

As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, kitchenware, and work areas, ensuring a safe and organized workspace.

Primary Responsibilities

• Remove food residue and either hand wash dishes or place them in dishwashing machines according to procedures.
• Clean pots, pans, trays thoroughly to meet sanitation standards.
• Polish silverware using various equipment such as burnishing machines, chemical dips, buffing wheels, or hand cloths.
• Adhere to all safety protocols during daily tasks.
• Monitor and maintain appropriate temperatures and chemical levels for cleaning agents.
• Keep dishwashing areas tidy and compliant with safety guidelines.
• Perform sweeping and mopping of kitchen floors to uphold cleanliness and safety.
• Clean worktables, walls, refrigeration units, meat blocks, and other prep surfaces regularly.
• Dispose of trash properly, steam clean or hose out garbage bins.
• Assist in transferring supplies and equipment between storage and work zones.
• Support loading and unloading of deliveries as needed.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Requirements and Eligibility

• No previous experience required; training is provided to all new hires.
• Applicants with criminal histories will be considered in accordance with applicable laws.

Compensation and Perks

• Fixed hourly rate of $17.00.
