Role Overview
We are looking for a visionary, inclusive leader to take on the role of Director within our Cost Management team. The successful candidate will have extensive leadership experience managing cost management specialists, a strong track record in business development, and a proven ability to deliver effective client solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business growth initiatives to increase our market footprint.
- Oversee the complete delivery of cost management services for real estate developments.
- Mentor and develop a dynamic, high-achieving team promoting excellence and innovation.
- Establish and nurture vital client partnerships, serving as a trusted consultant.
- Advocate for superior service delivery and play an active role in driving strategic expansion.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Professional qualification in construction, cost management, engineering, surveying, or architecture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent relevant expertise.
- 15 to 20 years or more of industry experience.
- Proven background in consultancy services related to Turner & Townsend’s core sectors.
- Experience managing cost management engagements for medium to large, moderately to highly complex construction projects.
- Solid understanding of construction technical aspects, including varied procurement strategies, value management, and value engineering.
- Strong leadership skills, with significant experience managing cost management teams throughout project lifecycles.
