Role Overview
The opportunity is ideal for a motivated and meticulous professional possessing a solid foundation in project management, particularly with experience in Manufacturing, Logistics, Production Facilities, Warehouses, or Industrial Real Estate projects. The role involves planning, leading, and delivering industrial development and operational enhancement projects that meet deadlines, budgets, and technical, safety, and regulatory criteria aligned with operational demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive project coordination from inception to completion.
- Engage and manage multiple cross-functional stakeholders effectively.
- Oversee site development and construction activities of facilities.
- Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and compliance standards.
- Identify project risks and implement strategies for risk mitigation.
- Support management of risks and issues.
- Oversee vendor relationships and contract administration.
- Deliver timely project reporting and governance updates.
Qualification Criteria
- Degree in Civil Engineering, MEP Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of project management experience, preferably within manufacturing sectors.
- Proficient in foundational project management techniques with sector-specific experience in Manufacturing, Logistics, Production Facilities, Warehousing, or Industrial Real Estate.
- Demonstrated ability to operate both collaboratively and independently.
- Adaptability and agility in fast-paced settings, coupled with a strong dedication to continuous improvement.
