Direct Entry Captain

Position Overview

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated pilots to join as Direct Entry Captains for our expanding team, specifically for the Airbus A350 or A380. Ideal candidates must possess substantial flying experience and operate with technical expertise to maintain exceptional standards.

Compensation and Benefits

• Tax-free annual total package up to AED 1,185,000 (USD 320,000), including:
• Annual take-home cash of AED 575,000 (USD 155,000), combining base salary and flying pay
• Monthly income averaging AED 48,000 (USD 13,000), based on approximately 85 flying hours monthly

• Education allowance: AED 52,250 per child for primary and AED 79,750 per child for secondary education (applicable for up to three children)

Qualifications

• A minimum of 7,000 hours total flight time in multi-crew, multi-engine turboprop and/or turbojet aircraft (excluding simulator, P3, rotary, and piston single/multi-engine aircraft hours)
• At least 150 flying hours as Captain within the last 12 months on Airbus fly-by-wire (FBW) aircraft
• Possession of a valid ICAO ATPL and a matching Authority Class 1 Medical Certificate
• Proficiency in English at ICAO Level 5 or above

Specific Aircraft Requirements

For A380 Candidates:

• Minimum 3,000 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC) on Airbus FBW wide-body aircraft (A330, A340, A350, or A380)
• Currently active as a Captain on Airbus FBW wide-body aircraft

For A350 Candidates:

• Minimum 3,000 hours PIC on any Airbus FBW aircraft (A320, A330, A340, A350, or A380)
• Currently operating as a Captain on Airbus FBW aircraft

Note: Airbus FBW excludes A220 series.
